What the website currently uses

Normal web requests still transmit technical information such as IP address and browser headers to hosting and security infrastructure so the page can be delivered and protected. That network processing is not the same as placing a cookie on your device.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags, software development kits and device identifiers. They can support authentication, security, preferences, measurement or advertising.

Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 applies where these technologies collect, use or disclose personal data. Not every cookie or measurement record is personal data, so the applicable notice or consent requirement depends on the technology and purpose.

Our analytics approach

No client-side analytics is currently enabled on the marketing website. If we enable Cloudflare Web Analytics, we will update this policy before or at deployment. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics beacon does not use cookies, local storage or fingerprinting and does not collect or use visitors' personal data.

We will not place trade-form content, journal entries, email addresses or free-text feedback into behavioural analytics. We will not add Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session replay or comparable non-essential tracking without first assessing applicable notice and consent requirements.

Authenticated application cookies

The separate service at app.traxau.com may use strictly necessary cookies for authentication, security, session continuity and fraud prevention. Those cookies should be scoped to app.traxau.com rather than the entire traxau.com domain wherever technically possible.

Any optional analytics or preference storage introduced in the application will be documented in an updated notice and, where required, offered only after the appropriate choice.

When we will ask for consent

Because the public website currently uses no non-essential cookies or similar tracking, it does not display a cookie-consent banner. A banner that offers no genuine choice would add friction without changing data collection.

Before adding non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will determine where prior consent is required, present clear accept and reject choices of equal prominence, keep optional technologies off until a valid choice is made, and make withdrawal as easy as acceptance. Strictly necessary technologies may operate without optional consent where law permits.

Your browser controls

You can block or delete cookies through your browser. Blocking strictly necessary application cookies may prevent sign-in or other security-sensitive functions. Since www.traxau.com currently sets none, changing browser settings is not necessary to prevent marketing-site cookies.

Privacy extensions may block future cookie-free analytics beacons. The core marketing site should remain usable if that occurs.

Changes and verification

We will review this page when we change hosting, analytics, embedded content or application authentication. The “Last updated” date shows the most recent policy review. Browser developer tools can also show storage entries and network requests active during a visit.
